Efren Prieto is a vastly experienced social communicator who cherishes his professional forays into some of the very different aspects of the highly structured world of media. But beyond his solid corporate profile, Efren is also an enthusiastic and daring aerial acrobat as well an independent and innovative digital content generator.
Open, warm, generous, pro-active and curious, Efren has allowed himself to explore his artistic experiences, without closing the door to the possibility of growth in a managerial capacity within the framework of the traditional labour structures present in the business world. Efren is drawn to challenges, which is perhaps why he lives in a country that is not his country, on a continent that is not his continent, and embarked on an adventure of creating useful, informative content on his YouTube channel. From this Efren discusses topics that could be considered controversial by his Latin American peers, but which are welcomed whole heartedly by the younger people of the world, looking for connection and mutual recognition within the networks.
Efren has also created a presence for himself as a TV presenter, broadcasting to all of Latin America on the Cortos TV channel, presenting their 2019 coverage of The Oscars. Seeing him fly through the air at night as a graceful modern adonis, while playing a responsible role in the office during the day, reminds us that strength and flexibility are values that should be kept in constant balance.
Whether behind the desk, in front of the camera, or carrying out acrobatic stunts in the skies, Efren always comes across as a luminous and disciplined being who has never underestimated the power of organisation. Something that is, in his opinion, a key quality for living life without having to sacrifice any of its possibilities.
As if to prove it, this interview was carried out after Efren had immersed himself in an important spiritual trip to India in order to qualify as a yoga instructor, thus confirming to us that there is always room for more and that a pragmatic personality is not necessarily at odds with transpersonal growth and soul searching.

Efren Prieto è un comunicatore sociale che vanta una grande esperienza nel campo dei media, valorizzando al meglio le sue incursioni professionali nei diversi aspetti dell’organizzazione strutturale mediatica. In aggiunta però a questo solido profilo aziendale, Efren è anche entusiasta acrobata capace di audaci avventure aeree oltre che un generatore di contenuti digitali indipendente e innovativo.
Sensibile, caloroso, generoso, propositivo e curioso, Efren si è concesso di esplorare l’espressione artistica senza che questo gli precludesse di crescere professionalmente all’interno delle tradizionali strutture lavorative del mondo degli affari. A Efren interessano le sfide, ed è forse per questo che vive in un paese che non è il suo paese, in un continente che non è il suo continente, e da qualche tempo si è lanciato nell’avventura di creare contenuti informativi utili dal suo canale YouTube. Da questa piattaforma Efren parla di argomenti che i suoi coetanei latinoamericani forse definirebbero controversi, ma invece molti giovani in tutto il mondo alla ricerca di connessioni e riconoscimento in rete apprezzano.
Efren si è anche creato uno spazio come presentatore televisivo per le trasmissioni per tutta l’America Latina del canale di cortometraggi Cortos TV, per il quale nel 2019 ha seguito i famosi premi Oscar. Vederlo volare nell’aria come un aggraziato adone moderno di notte, e ricoprire un ruolo di molta responsabilità in ufficio di giorno, ci ricorda come forza e flessibilità siano valori che bisogna mantenere in continuo equilibrio.
Dietro una scrivania, davanti alle telecamere, o eseguendo piroette acrobatiche tra le nuvole, Efren resta sempre un essere luminoso e disciplinato che non ha mai sottovalutato il potere dell’organizzazione. A suo parere è questa la qualità chiave per vivere la vita senza rinunciare a nessuna delle sue possibilità.
Si da il caso che questa intervista sia stata registrata al ritorno di Efren da un importante viaggio di immersione spirituale in India, dove è stato accreditato come istruttore di yoga, confermando così che c’è sempre spazio per qualcosa di più, e che una personalità pragmatica non deve per forza scontrarsi con la crescita transpersonale e la ricerca interiore.

Efren Prieto es un comunicador social con vasta experiencia en medios, que atesora incursiones profesionales desde ángulos muy diversos de la estructura organizaciónal mediática. Pero mas allá de su solvente perfil corporativo, Efren es además un entusiasta acróbata de audaces peripecias aéreas, y un generador de contenido digital, independiente e innovador.
Cercano, cálido, generoso, pro activo y curioso, Efren se ha permitido explorar la experiencia artística sin excluir la posibilidad de crecer gerencialmente dentro del marco de las estructuras laborales tradicionales presentes en el mundo empresarial. A Efren le interesan los desafíos, quizás por ello vive en un país que no es su país, en un continente que no es su continente, y quizás por ello se lanzó hace ya un tiempo a la aventura de crear contenido informativo util desde su canal de Youtube. Verlo volar por los aires como un agraciado adonis moderno de noche, y verlo tener un rol de mucha responsabilidad en una oficina de día, nos recuerda que la fuerza y la flexibilidad son valores que necesitan estar en balance continuo.
Detrás de un escritorio, delante de las cámaras, o haciendo piruetas acrobáticas por los cielos, Efren es siempre ese ser luminoso y disciplinado que jamás ha subestimado el poder de la organización. En su opinión una cualidad clave para vivir la vida sin sacrificar ninguna de sus posibilidades.
Esta entrevista la hicimos de hecho después de un viaje de importante inmersión espiritual que Efren realizó a la India para acreditarse como instructor de yoga, confirmando de este modo que siempre hay espacio para más, y que la personalidad pragmática no está necesariamente reñida con el crecimiento transpersonal y las búsquedas del alma.
